Airline companies reveal their top getaway destinations for the autumn
If you’re thinking about getting away on a gap break, or a short working holiday this autumn, check out BAs most popular destinations to visit in the autumn.
British Airways has revealed that their autumn traveller’s favourite locations include hotspots such as North America, the Caribbean and the Middle East, and with an increase in the frequencies of flights to several countries, British Airways customers now have a greater choice of holiday destination, according to the company.
New York remains one of the top American destinations with gap year travellers for the autumn, with city breaks in New York and fly-drives, remaining popular choices. October also marks the 125th Anniversary of the opening of the Statue of Liberty and will be the last chance to climb the monument before it closes for a year long refurbishment. Since this summer, BA customers now have a choice of 17 London flights a day to New York, and for those heading further afield the Middle East is another very popular choice this October, with holidays to Dubai offering both shopping and great weather.
