City Guide to Dublin
Dublin is a traveller friendly city. There is a big student population, with an added cosmopolitan twist from the Australians, New Zealanders and Scandinavians on working holiday visas, and the British contingent living it up in a city that feels foreign, but is close to home and English speaking. The city is small enough to find your feet fast, and big enough to have a lot of temporary and seasonal work. The influx of tourists in the summer means that there is demand for tourism and hospitality staff, while all year round there are office temp or call centre opportunities.
